FAQ PLEASE READ!

Q: How do refunds work?

A: There are NO REFUNDS. If an issue has occurred with your order please contact me ASAP. If a mistake was made on my end, I will correct it.

Q: Can we return an item?

A: There are no exchanges on items unless I have made an error on my end with your order.

Q: How can we get in contact with you?

A: You can send me an email with your order number zariasfurshop@gmail.com Please DO NOT DM me. Your message will get lost and more than likely you will not get a response. *PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 24-72 HOURS FOR A RESPONSE*

Q: "My item states it's been shipped, but there is no movement why is that?"

A: Once you have received tracking information that means it has been dropped off at the post office and it is out of my control. You will have to contact USPS directly to receive any further tracking information or update 1(800)-275-8777

Q: Who do you ship with?

A: USPS AND UPS

Q: If I order an item today when will I get it?

A: The same day you order is not the same day your item will be shipped or the next day. Processing time is 10-15 days which does not include holidays or weekends.

Q: Do you wholesale?

A: At this time I do not wholesale.

Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: Yes, shipping prices will be more for international customers.

Q: Can we meet to pick up items?

A: I am currently not accepting meet-ups at this time, everything must be placed and shipped online.
